Lasiliiri Oy’s window panes for Yleisradio’s Mediatalo in cooperation with HTR Steel Oy
Yleisradio Mediatalo, located in Länsi-Pasila, Helsinki, completed in 1978, underwent a comprehensive window renovation by HTR Steel Oy, when the old windows were replaced with insulating glass from Lasiliiri Oy that complies with modern requirements.
The old windows of the well-known building were modernized with efficient and energy-saving sunglasses. The new sunglasses on the façade comfortably balance the amount of natural light indoors and do not allow too much radiant energy into the interior.
