Lasiliiri Oy and AKi-Lasi together delivered glass doors and glass walls to the magnificent Alexander Church

Completed in 1881, Alexander Church was modernized with two glazed farms bathed in natural light

AKi-Lasi built the glazed premises of Alexander Church in cooperation with Lasiliiri. These are toughened uniform glasses made by Lasiliiri at its Riihimäki factory as key flag work. The glass walls and doors are decorated with harmonious and functional ornaments. Strong steel hinges act as representative eye-catchers as a whole, successfully retaining the feel of space and allowing natural light to flow freely.

Alexander Church is located on the edge of Hämeenpuisto and belongs to the Tampere Cathedral Parish. The church, designed by architect Theodor Decker, was built of brick between 1880 and 1881.
