Lasiliiri Oy, Steel-Prisma-Metallit Oy and Inlook Oy together delivered domestic quality to RVT6
322 new studios will be built at Raappavuorentie 6 in Vantaa
The third site of the Noli Studios concept will be completed in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, in the autumn of 2021. There will be 322 studios for the site to be built in Myyrmäki. Guests have access to more than a thousand square meters of common space, including a gym, sauna department, bicycle storage and facilities for living and working. Noli Studios Myyrmäki was designed by Avarrus Arkkitehdit, and the interior designer is dSign by Vertti Kivi. Lehto Group is responsible for the construction of the site.
Steel-Prisma-Metallit Oy trusts the quality of Lasiliir. The company manufactures CE-marked glass facades, aluminum doors and windows, glass fire doors and smoke extraction windows and hatches in high-quality custom-made and, if necessary, installed.

3K insulating glass elements were implemented at the site, which required good thermal insulation and sun protection. Safety glass and sound insulation in the same structure. We also implemented 2K insulating glass elements that required EI30 fire protection glass with UV protection. We also implemented 1K interior glazing with EI30 fire protection requirement and tempered 1K glazing. Sun protection was implemented with Suncool 70/35 glass. The safety glasses are tempered and laminated. Fire goggles are Pyrobel 16 EI30 fire goggles. A total of approx. 190 m2 of 2K and 3K glasses.
Example constructions: 3K 8 mm Suncool 70/35 Pro T tempered, 6 mm selective, 12.8 mm Optiphon laminated, 2K 8.8 mm selective / Pyrobel 16 EI30 Fire protection insulating glass element, 1K 10 mm tempered.
A total of approx. 220 m2 of 1K tempered and 1K laminated soundproof glass for interior glazing.
Example constructions: 6 mm hardened, 10 mm hardened, 10.5 mm Optiphon laminated and 12.8 mm Optiphon.
